REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME A RESERVIST IN

THE ARMED FORCES OF THE PHILIPPINES

For professionals/individuals who are interested in applying for a

reserve officers’ position in any of the three major service commands of
the Armed Forces of the Philippines, please take note of the following &
prepare documents pre-requisite to appointment:

1. Choose your service command, Army, Navy and/or Air Force;

2. Application Form; (one can acquire forms from chosen service

command headquarters or camps in your local area)

3. Whole body picture/3R;

4. NSO Certified Birth Certificate;

5. College Diploma and Transcript of Records; (Certified True Copy)

6. Basic Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) Certificate;

7. Advance Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) Certificate;

8. Clearance from the Army’s G2, Air Force A2, or Navy N2;
(located at area/camp applied)

9. Original Physical Examination Report.
