    Rules in a chemicalty Dependent Family

    1. Don't talk about the family's problems.

    2. Don't talk about your feelings openly.

    3. Don't trust anyone, not even yourself.

    4. Don't think of or take care of your own needs.

    5. It's not all right to play and be silly... unless you're high.

    6. Alcohol or drugs are not the cause of the family's


    problems. -

    7. Alcoholic/addict is not responsible for his/her


    drinkinglusing.

    8. Its'not O.K. to show anger... unless you're high.

    9. Don't rock the boat.
