HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION

1 Please follow the instructions below:

Ensure the following reach us within 5 working days, either by post to the above contact address or in
person at your nearest British Council office or British Library:
-  a copy of this email confirming that you have been registered online
-  two passport photos (click link for photograph specifications http://www.britishcouncil.org/india-exams-
ielts-important-guidelines-photographs.pdf)
-  a photocopy of your valid passport, and
-  your payment of INR 7,200/- (Demand Draft or paid ICICI challan)
Please note, if we do not receive the above mentioned documents within 5 working days, your application
will be automatically cancelled.
2 What you need on the test day:
-  Your valid original passport
-  2 passport size photographs and passport photocopy, if you have not submitted earlier
-  Pencils, pens and erasers
We request you to not to bring any unnecessary baggage, mobile phones / pagers to the test venue as
these will not be allowed into the hall.  Please note that British Council will not be responsible for loss or
damage of any personal belongings.

HOW TO PAY

Payment Deadline: You must pay for your IELTS test within 5 working days from today.

Payment Methods:
Please ignore this if you have already paid for your test. - Pay by Demand Draft – Draft to be
in the name of “British Council Division” payable at ‘Mumbai’ - Pay at any ICICI
branch by cash by filling in an ICICI challan – please download the challan from the link
http://www.britishcouncil.org/india-exams-icici-challan08.pdf - Pay by Credit Card - in person at
British Council office, Mumbai.
