Course Description
This course will give students a basic glance at the world of Graphics and Multimedia.
During this semester, students will learn how to combine various tools such as the
computer, digital video camera, and audio equipment to create video recordings and
desktop images.

Standards
1. Students will effectively manage time, money, materials, facilities, and human
resources.
2. Students will acquire and demonstrate interpersonal skills necessary to be
successful in the workplace.
3. Students will acquire and use workplace information.
4. Students will demonstrate an understanding of how social, organizational and
technological systems work.
5. Students will demonstrate the ability to use a variety of workplace technologies.
6. Students will develop skills in career planning and workplace readiness.

Performance Standard
1. Analyze with minimal guidance, personal finance information and workplace
resources.
2. Effectively demonstrate the ability to use interpersonal communication skills as
needed to be successful in the workplace.
3. Effectively acquire and use workplace information.
4. Effectively evaluate and analyze how social, organizational, and technological
systems function in the workplace, and modify existing systems to improve
performance.
5. Consistently and with limited assistance, demonstrate the safe and ethical use of
appropriate workplace technology.
