Choir Fundraiser Variety Show

WHAT: On With the Show…..Kinda will be the title for this years fundraiser dinner show. It
will be a Variety show of Classic and Contemporary Musical songs and a few skits. The carrying
theme of the show is “The Rehearsal” where all goes wrong.

WHEN: Saturday, Mar. 12, 2011. Just because the show is this date doesn’t mean it is the only
one! There will be a multitude of extra-curricular rehearsals.

REHEARSALS: We have scheduled a few possibilities for rehearsals and would greatly
appreciate you working with us to have the best rehearsals we can. If you have problems coming
to the rehearsals, please talk to Ashley Arrington and we will work it out. If you are unable to

will be forced to cut you from the show!

Please mark these dates in you calendars and do your best to come to the rehearsals. We want
this show to knock ‘em dead and we need your dedication to do so!

COSTUMES: The basic costume will be a white T-Shirt (V-neck, crew neck, we don’t care) and
a good pair of medium wash blue jeans. Nothing extreme or holey; just a nice pair of jeans. You
also need to wear shoes you can dance in easily for dance numbers. Some of the songs may call
for a variety of minor costume changes so we may ask you to bring in anything you have that
will work for the number.

SCRIPT/MUSIC: We ask that you learn your song on your own time, either by yourself, or with
Mrs. R. We want you to know the song before you come to rehearsals! Rehearsals will go easier
and quicker if everyone is on top of what they are doing. Please make our and your lives easier.
The script also need to be memorized on you own time.

Please feel free to contact us at these numbers if you have questions. We all have TXTing.
