Dear Mrs. Yap:

Please find hereunder our engagement proposal for the handling of the
annulment case filed before the Family Court in Manila to wit:

1. ACCEPTANCE FEE:

The Firm shall be requiring the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND

(P50,000.00) as acceptance fee for the handling of the said case. The
aforesaid amount shall exclude fees required by the Court and such other
similar fees which shall be for your account.

It is hereby understood that our engagement under these terms shall

only cover proceedings before the Family Court of Manila. Should there be a
need to elevate the matter on appeal or litigate the issue/s in another or
different forum, the Firm hereby proposes the following legal fee schedule:

Family Court to
Court of Appeals : P60, 000.00

Court of Appeals to
Supreme Court : P100,000.00

The above-stated fees are likewise subject to separate appearance

fees and pleading fees as herein discussed.

2. APPEARANCE FEE:

In addition to the above-mentioned acceptance fees, the Firm shall

likewise be charging the amount of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P5,000.00) as
appearance fee per hearing, which shall be subject to periodic billing.
3. PLEADING FEE:

The Firm shall furthermore impose the amount of FOUR THOUSAND

PESOS (P4,000.00) per pleading to be filed before the appropriate courts.

4. SUCCESS FEE:

Moreover, the Firm shall be charging the amount of FIFTY

THOUSAND PESOS (P50,000.00) in the event of a favorable resolution of
the said case.

4. INCIDENTAL EXPENSES:

Finally, whenever circumstances so warrant, and after discussion with

you, the Firm may add a reasonable responsibility premium to its billing to
cover expenses not otherwise foreseen at the time of execution of this
contract. In all cases, the written consent of the client shall first be secured
before such extra-ordinary expenses are incurred.

Should you find the foregoing acceptable, kindly indicate your

conformity by signing on the space provided below.
