 INTRODUCTION:
 This report is based on the December
data collected from the MindWriter
CompleteCare Survey. The survey asks
customers about their satisfaction with the
CompleteCare repair and service system. Its
secondary purpose is to identify monthly
improvement targets for management.
 This findings are organised into the
following sections: (1) an executive
