152 pedestrians were killed on Brooklyn streets in the three years from 2007 through 

2009.  Tri‐State Transportation Campaign’s analysis of federal traffic fatality data 
reveal that Atlantic Ave, Kings Hwy, Ocean Pkwy, 4th Ave, Neptune Ave, and Eastern 
Pkwy suffered the highest number of pedestrian deaths over the period.
