Conflicts:

LEADERSHIP:
Leadership style of Adi Godrej is:
1) Delegative
2) Participative
3) Authoritative

In an interview, the following questions were asked to Adi Godrej.

1) The political leader I admire the most

Barack Obama, for his entirely fresh approach to US politics and

diplomacy.

2) The business leader I admire the most

Warren Buffett, for his strong ability to predict trends and avoid
bubbles. The leadership lesson I remember best is that Leadership is
about thinking the future backwards not the present forward.

3) A book or movie I would recommend on leadership

The Downing Street Years. Margaret Thatcher. Because it describes

how Margaret Thatcher's leadership and decisions transformed
Britain.

4) Worst thing a leader can do

Not listen.

5) My biggest test as a leader was

To change the Group's direction and mindset when India embarked on

the path of liberalization in 1991.
