    “ STUMBLING-BLOCKS IN IMPLEMENTING

    NEW INFORMATION SUPERHIGHWAY IN PAKISTAN:


    AN E-GOVERNANCE”

    E-Governance is an automation of traditional paper-based procedures that will create


    new approach of, leadership, management, deliberating strategies, interacting with
    communities, and processing of information.

    Taking into account a significant need of adapting the new double-click epoch; the
    Government of Pakistan has taken a worthy decision to establish e-Governance. But it is
    facing some challenges which should be fully explored first for better strategy
    development and implementing the concept successfully.

    This paper uses combination of qualitative and quantitative data to identify the challenges
    being faced by Pakistan’s Government while implementing E-Governance. And the
    statistical analysis is conducted through software, SPSS.
