ATTORNEY’S MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL FOR CLIENT

COMES NOW, ATTORNEY, through his professional association with ATTORNEY’S

LAW FIRM and as counsel of record (“Counsel”) for CLIENT, (“Client”), respectfully requests

leave of this Honorable Court that he be permitted to withdraw as attorney of record for said

Defendant, and as grounds therefore states as follows:

1. Due to irreconcilable differences between Counsel and Defendant/Plaintiff,

Counsel can no longer effectively and properly represent Defendant/Plaintiff.

2. Based on the foregoing, it is requested that Counsel may be permitted to withdraw

as counsel for any and all matters pertaining to the above-captioned matter.

WHEREFORE, ATTORNEY’S NAME respectfully request that they be permitted to

withdraw as attorney of record for CLIENT’S NAME and that the captioned-action is stayed for

a period of twenty (20) days.
