1. It is found in question 1 that from private employees 20 in LIC,10 in HDFC, 5


in ICICI & 5 in other out of 40 are engaged while from government
employees ,25 in LIC ,5 in HDFC ,7 in ICICI & 3 in others out of rest 40 are
engaged in insurance sector.

2. It is found in question 2 that from private employees 24 in LIC,6 in HDFC, 8


in ICICI & 2 in other out of 40 are engaged while from government
employees ,20 in LIC ,10 in HDFC ,5 in ICICI & 5 in others out of rest 40 are
in favor of strong public base by advertisement.

3. It is found in question 3 that from private employees 18 in LIC,12 in HDFC, 8


in ICICI & 2 in other out of 40 while from government employees ,20 in
LIC ,8 in HDFC ,5 in ICICI & 7 in others think about massive public support in
the current fiscal year.

4. It is found in question 4 that from private sector 40 says ‘yes’ while 10 yes
‘no’ and from government sector 42 says ‘yes’ & 8 say ‘no’ think that
insurance policies are in the direction of public welfare.

5. It is found in question 5 that from private sector 25 says ‘yes’ while 15 say
‘no’ and from government sector 35 says ‘yes’ & 5 say ‘no’ about
retirement bond or pension policy to secure old age.
6. It is found in question 6 that from private sector 35 says ‘yes’ while 5 say
‘no’ and from government sector 30 says ‘yes’ & 10 say ‘no’ about
attraction of general public about risk coverage factor.

while 15 say in accumulative money and from government sector 32 says
security cover & 8 say accumulative money about smart way of
accumulative money from policy holders.

‘no’ and from government sector 25 says ‘yes’ & 15 say ‘no’ about arrival of
so many private companies in the insurance sector envisages a lot of
choices to policy holder.

‘no’ and from government sector all 40 people say that customer centricity
& transparency are the buzzwords for success in this evolving industry.
