    Amount Local Borrowers
    l Lending upto 70% loan to valuation ratio (LVR)

    Overseas Borrowers
    l Lending upto 50% of LVR

    l Lending above 50% of LVR would be considered, subject to additional tangible collateral

    All loan applications will be subject to ANZ’s normal credit assessment.

    Term 20 years maximum.

    Interest Rate Owner Occupied Home Loan


    l 7.25% fixed for 12 months
    l 7.50% variable thereafter

    Investment Property Loan


    l 7.50% fixed for 12 months

    l 8.00% variable thereafter

    Interest rates quoted above are subject to change without notice in line with the general
    movement in rates.

    Security First Registered Mortgage over property being funded and/or any other additional securities
    required by the Bank.

    Fee An upfront Loan Approval Fee of 1% on loan amount.


    NO OTHER ANNUAL MAINTENANCE FEE FOR THE ENTIRE TERM OF THE LOAN.

    Documentation Cost

    and any other information as required by the Bank. For companies/businesses, provision of
    Accountant prepared latest signed financial accounts, bankers report and any other information
    required by the Bank.

    General Borrowings in excess of FJD150,000 will qualify individuals to be a member of ANZ’s Prime Banking –
    the ultimate experience in personal banking.
