A Comprehensive Acknowledgement Mechanism for Data

Transport in Wireless sensor Networks using ZIGBEE Network

ABSTRACT

Aim :
Providing data through the network using zigbee from one node to the other.

DESCRIPTION :
The present wireless networked data transfer is in a single way. In this project
we will use ZigBee technology to transfer the data both the sides as our ZIGBEE module
is having transreceiving capability. The system adopts hybrid topology structure based on
cluster, which consists of many micro-sensor nodes, network coordinator nodes, network
gateway (router), communication network and monitor centres. For short distance
transmission, the micro-sensor nodes collect data from the other surrounding nodes and
transmit to the gateway using ZigBee communication.
In this project we are having 3 zigbee nodes. All are having transmitting and
receiving capacity. All the nodes contains a KEYPAD and LCD. According to this
project we can transmit and receive data from any node which is by the selection only.
Without selection of node we can’t transmit or receive data from any other node.
The system uses a compact circuitry build around flash version of AT89S52
microcontroller with a non volatile memory
Programs are developed using Embedded C, compiled using RIDE tool. ISP is
used to dump the code into microcontroller.

SOFTWARE : Embedded ‘C’

TOOLS : RIDE/KEIL to write code, ISP to burn the chip.
TARGET DEVICE : At89s52 based our own developed board.
ADVANTAGES : Low cost, automated operation, Low Power consumption.
