would like to dedicate this research study to
the power of women, who have subsequently
worked hard with their talent, experience and
leadership abilities.
• They have made all the industries a wonderful
place to work, especially the hospitality
industry .

hospitality world has increased in the recent
Years. They have represented themselves
strongly in management and leadership.
• The aim of the article is to examine the
position of women in hotel Industry. No
doubt, women have the drive and capacity to
deal with people
• Making them strong contender for the
position of manager .

data through professional web-site Of LinkedIn
,result of the same is given in next slide for your
reference.

• 67%people have agreed with the fact that


Women have the capacity to make it To the
top,3where as only 33% disagree with the
same.
Women have the drive n capacity to deal with people making them more vulnerable for holding
manager level positions

everything which a woman can dream of. But
she still has to go a long way to achieve equal
status in the minds of Indian men.
