One of the most powerful ways to recapture God’s perspective of sexual intimacy is to
memorize His Word. Romans 12:2 says that we are transformed by the renewing of our
minds. The New Living says it like this: Let God transform you into a new person by
changing the way you think. If you want to be changed into a totally new person….fill your
mind with these Scripture!

Married Women: Memorize these verses as you think of your husband.

• As a loving hind and a graceful doe, let [my] breasts satisfy you at all times; be
exhilarated always with [my] love. (Prov. 5:19)
• His mouth is full of sweetness. And he is wholly desirable. This is my beloved and
this is my friend. (Song 5:16)
• I am my beloved’s, and his desire is for me. (Song 7:10)

Single Women: Memorize these verses as they relate to your sexual purity.

• Do not stir up nor awaken love until it pleases. (Song 2:7, NKJV)
• But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of
impurity… (Eph. 5:3-4)
• Flee from youthful lusts and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, with those
who call on the Lord from a pure heart. (2 Tim. 2:22)

Sexually Abused Women: Memorize these verses in connection with your healing.

• I have heard your prayer and seen your tears; I will heal you. (2 Kings 20:5)
• Forget the former things. Do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? (Is. 43:18)
• You have not because you ask not. Ask and it will be given to you. (Jn 16:24)
