The General Secretariat of Sports announces the sports category D’ grants for 2011 of the National Sports
Planning, which means Private Initiative Sports with Focused State Assistance.

1. Federation Grants of Ice Sports and Water Ski will be released when the departments of General Secretariat
of Sports clarifying if these Federations are fulfilling all conditions and are eligible for the Athletic

Recognition. This research will determine and classify them into sport categories. Especially in the Federation
of Water Ski, the General Secretariat of Sports expects formal clarifications from the Federation and the
Prosecutor of Athens, whether on the person of the Federation President are existing grounds for revocation
of her mandate.
2. After studying all activities, successes, and actions in the field of sport tourism, the Federations of Cricket,
Pangration and Karate being switched from the category of Private Initiative Sports with Athletic Recognition
(and towards to Cricket from the category of Sports with Local Importance) to the category Private Initiative
Sports with Focused State Assistance
3. The Grants for Private Initiative Sports with Athletic Recognition (payroll) will be announced in the coming
days.
