PROFILE
Manage LSA and LSP time deployment.
Review progress and moniter the fortnightly achievements in order to achieve
monthly thereby annual plans.
Assess and moniter portfolio quality of traid services like performing
portfolio,high onetime repayment rate,high customer service and operational
compliance.
Sell the new concepts to LSA/LSPs and also customers for demonstration.
Conduct pilots and monitor results for new services or concepts.
Clarify doubts to the staff reporting. Learn to clarify doubts from appropriate,
concerned from senior persons in a proactive manner.
Ensure accounting of receipts including cash from customers by way of checking
the receipt books and bank remittances by his direct staff reporting like LSA.
Plan disbursements,communicate to TA and UA for ensuring timely date entry
and fund avalability for disbursements.
Ensure good contacts and relationhip between and LSA and clients.
Manage costs incurred in discharging the business at the same time ensure
following professional ethics.
