period.

Affects of the IV therapy to complaints/pain ADLs

Admission / Recert needs to be sent into the office ASAP

Drop by my house or mail it. If you come by the house call me on my cell or text that the
package in the mail box.

Remember to call the patients 1-2 days before to start drinking fluids reduce
caffeine/drinks and increase water, Gatorade, crystal lite 1 gallon / 24hrs if at all possible
before the infusion.

Make sure they have all numbers
