Position Processor
BU/Function Liabilities & Investment Management Operations
Reporting to Unit Leader –Retail Liabilities
Responsibilities/ Job Job Description:
Description The person will be responsible for smooth day to day operation of
account verification/opening/life cycle transaction /closure
activities through active coordination and execution of the core
tasks i.e. Account document verification, follow-up with branches
on pending items, account opening, life-cycle management,
account closure, deliverables management

Job Responsibilities:
• Error Free processing of transactions as per agreed service
standards & approved procedures;
• Generate all process related MIS as per agreed timelines;
• Highlight any process or customer related issues to the
business head in a timely manner;
• Ensure comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and
statutory requirements as relevant for various product and
services
• Report to the business head on any changes in the process
followed or deviation from the standard process;
• Understand & be aware of processes & procedures to be
followed in case of contingency situation;
• Support the unit managers in preparation of any audit related
deliverables i.e. internal / external, ISO, Regulatory, Statutory,
etc. Attend to any audit findings and resolve them immediately;
• Assist in implementing new Products and Processes.
• Give ideas for process improvement and cost savings;
• Be aware of ISO 9001:2000 standards & meet/exceed set
quality parameters conforming to the standards;
• Maintain personal discipline (timings, attendance etc) in the
office

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Qualifications:
• MBA/PGDM (Finance)

Experience:
• Fresher or up to 2 years experience in banking industry. Back
office experience in Retail Liabilities operations will be an
added advantage.
• Knowledge of Flex cube, KYC requirements and deliverables
management will be an added advantage.

Computer Skills
• Fully conversant with MS-Office

Other Skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Good Numerical, analytical & interpersonal skills.
