    different rates and units of measurement.

    The table below displays the units and rates for residential and retail commercial
    customers.

    P = 140 kPa

    mmbtu = Sm³ x 0.036053

    RM = mmbtu x 15

    Sm3 = m3 x 0.9681 x 2.3817
