MERITS OF COMPUTERIZATION

1. It is very fast system of keeping full records of employee.

2. There are less chance of errors and loss of data.

3.As calculations is done by the computer itself is there are less chances of miscalculation, only
chances is when incorrect data has been fed to the computer by the operator.

4. Being computer very fast all the calculations have done in very short time, delays regarding of
the reports are reduced to great extent.

5. All records are kept in the sequence so the sequence of file is not a problem in this case.

DEMERITS OF COMPUTERRIZATION

1. If management wants to computerize or automata itself then the me factor is cost. But in
long this is present.
 2. In this you also have the need of a good user of the computer and the software that you are
going to use. It is not so easy get a good and efficient user.

3. In case of hardware failure that you are having you may loose some of your data and may
it may cause you wastage of time too.

FUTURE SCOPE
Future scope of this project can be for a long time. Because it is created in form of modules. It is
flexible to fulfill the future requirement because any module can be modified according to the
future needs & in this project is dynamic, it can handle the new range of data. This project will
help to make the management of the required field to be computerized and make the work of
management easier and more efficient.

CONCLUSION

“Pay Calculation of Employee” has been developed to make the management more efficient. It
is an interactive package to assist the management in taking the various decisions and to make
management work easier. This software can further be modified on several fields to be more
information and more users friendly. At present it is working with expected results. This system
has been developed with a view to reduce the clerical work and to provide much better services
to the users. Although this software is satisfactory at our programming level, yet it has a large
scope of improvement.
