ADVANCED PLACEMENT EXAMINATIONS 2011

RE: Post for students

Please note and share the following with your students. Students taking an AP
exam are not required to attend school before or after the exam administration
on the exam day. STUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO BE IN UNIFORM FOR AP TESTS.
SENIORS MAY WEAR FREE DRESS FOR FRIDAY TESTING ONLY.

Students should report to the exam administration room at 7:45 a.m.

for the morning exams and at 11:45 p.m. unless noted differently for
the afternoon exams. This will ensure that we begin and end promptly.
The attendance office will have the class lists so students are not marked absent
at the beginning/end of the day.

Students and instructors are not to have any contact with each other during the exam, even at break time. Cell phones and other
electronic devices are prohibited from the exam room and may not be used during scheduled breaks. Students using electronic
devices at any time during the exam including breaks will be dismissed and tests will be cancelled. There are no exceptions!
