 Summer Training for Engineering Students
at Advanced Level Telecommunication
Training Centre (ALTTC), Ghaziabad

ALTTC, Ghaziabad is going to conduct four/six weeks Summer

Training Program (vocational) for B.E./B.Tech students of 2nd and 3rd
year in the month of April, May, June & July 2011. For
5th and 6th week, students will be attached for Hands-
on- Practice training in one of the following EXCELLENCE THROUGH TRAINING
technologies.
· Cellular Mobile Telecommunication Technology (GSM/CDMA)
· Telecommunication Digital Switching Systems
· Digital Transmission Technology /SDH/DW DM
· Data Communication & Broadband Technology
· Information Technology.

Other details are as follows:

1. Name of the Course: Summer Training for Engineering

Students of 2nd & 3rd year.

2. Duration: 4 weeks or 6 weeks.

3. Who can apply : Students of 2nd and 3rd year B.E./B.Tech

engineering in the disciplines of:
· Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
· Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EE)
· Electronics & Instrumental Engineering (EIE)
· Information Technology Engineering (IT)
· Computer Science Engineering (CSE)

4. Selection Criteria: Candidates will be selected on first come

first serve basis by ALTTC, Ghaziabad, (Seats are limited).

5. Course Fee: Rs.4,500/- for four weeks and Rs. 6,760/- for six
Weeks to be paid at time of registration [Non-Refundable]

7 Hostel Accomodation/Lodging Charges (Optional):

· Rs 1500/- plus Service tax (10.3%) for 4 weeks
· Rs 2000/- plus Service tax (10.3%) for 6 weeks.
· Hostel charges shall be payable at the time of check-in.

8. How to apply: The registration form duly filled along with

following documents is to be sent by speed/registered post to
Divisional Engineer (Business Development), Room No. 102,
Admn Building, ALTTC, Ghaziabad or can be submitted in
person at the Reception ground floor, Admn Building, ALTTC,
Rajnagar Ghaziabad
 (i) Two passport size photos
(ii) Photocopy of Identity Card issued by college/Institute
(iii) Sponsorship letter from respective College/Institute
(iv) Demand Draft of Rs 4500/- for 4 weeks training or Rs 6760/-
for 6 weeks training drawn in favour of Accounts Officer
(Cash), BSNL, ALTTC, Ghaziabad payable at Ghaziabad

13.Free SIM: Students undergoing vocational training shall be

eligible for free prepaid mobile SIM (32K). The free SIM (32K)
shall be issued with FRC (chargeable). Students will be
required to furnish the necessary documents for the SIM
