AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN PRINCE KABIRU AND ARCHITEC OBOT U.

That I Architect U. Green living at No 41 Awawu Street Abaranje Road Awawu Bus/Stop
Iktoun have agree to construct three beg room Bungalow for sum of N2,850,000 to
Prince Kabiru of Oba of Oworosoki family.
Below are the Construction Details of the Agreement
1. Erection of the building from the foundation to roofing level
2. Purchasing of all of materials of the building agreed on.
3. Laying of all electrical pipe (Cabling & Fitting not included)
4. Installation of Aluminum windows & nets.
5. Fixing of doors & frames
6. Fixing of tiles in all toilets
7. Screeding of all floors except sitting room, Waltering room & Dinning
8. Fixing of W.C in all toilet
9. Fixing of tiles in sitting room, waltering room & Dinning shall be effected by the
client (Prince Kabiru)
10. Fixing of tiles in the kitchen
11. Fixing of all window burglary
12. Fixing of P.V.C ceiling in waltering room, sitting & Dinning
13. Fence & compound flooring shall be effect by the client (Prince Kabiru)
14. Plastering of in and out of the building
15. Construction of soak-away.
16. Roofing shall be effected with slate
17. painting of in and out of the building
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Its is agreed that the payment at the said amount shall effected in three phases in the
following order
1. (N1.200,000) foundation excavation, casting blinding, block sitting to D.P.C level.
Filling to the level, concrete casting D.P.C block sitting to lintel level. Concrete casting
of the lintel and block sitting to roofing level
2. (N800,000) Roofing woods, Ceiling wood, roofing slate, asbestos ceiling in the specify
areas, electrical pipes, plumbing pipes pop work in dining Arc and front view pillars,
fixing wash hand basin & W.C in all toilets, fixing of burglary, Aluminum windows
doors frame.
3. (N850,000) fixing of tiles in all toilet & kitchen
4. Plastering of all interior and exterior of the building
5. Screeding of the specify floors painting and fixing of all doors.
It is agree that the construction last for only two month and two weeks from the day of
comment of the contract.
It is agree that both parties shall respect term of contract as delayment can affect the
cost of material hence variation
