When comparing this year with two years ago (and discounting last year’s dip as a blip) I am delighted to note that Marlow seem to be well back on track, even
improving on their 2009 position.
But there is still work to be done. The DO sates clearly the developmental areas in need of attention. To avoid a recurrence of the yo-yo syndrome seen in the
last two years it is imperative that the whole management team stand foursquare behind the CO and progress the areas of need.
Many congratulations on such a significant regain but please do not let things slip from this well deserved elevated position.
