    Scope of the Project

    Project will have Two Phases

    Phase –I

    o Allotment of Shares to the existing share holders as per ratio in Two New
    companies

    Folio,certificate,distinctinve number generation for both physical/electronic


    Share holders

    Processing and printing of Certificates and other related reports.

    Development of New Programs

    All the programs need to be for physical and Electronic Share holders

    o Allotment>>>>Need to Write a procedure to arrive New companies holding


    from the existing holding table.

    o program for Allotment register for both the companies


    o programs for Allotment advice and certificate printing
    o procedure for payment of fraction of shares.
    o procedure/form for capturing DD entry for fraction of shares
    o program for dispatch registers for both the companies
    o program for Covering letters
    o query form displaying old folio and new folios in both the companies with
    address and signature particulars and fractional shares
    o Program for intimation letter
    o The soft copy of the allotment register will be required for furnishing to ROC for
    filing returns of allotment
    o Program for DD Covering letter NECS Rejection Cases

    o 3/4 New forms need to developed as per user requirement


    Phase II

    Review existing data structures and software components to identify the changes
    required to run multiple company system under the same database.

    o Creation of a new database and configuration

    o Configure application server for New Forms and Reports

    Table structures need to be modified wherever necessary and modify the forms
    accordingly

    Existing forms need to be customized should accept company code as parameter


    and the existing logic need to be maintained.

    Any Navigational Problems in the existing forms need to rectified

    Format changes may be there in some Reports.

    Review and Modifications

    No of forms : 150
    No of Reports :150-160

    All Dividend related programs need to be customized (10 -15 Procedures)

    Existing reports to be modified and customized as per User requirement.

    Existing Procedures need to be modified and customized

    New reports need to be developed (10-15)

    Deployment and support in user testing
