through, proper Planning, Execution and Monitoring of different schemes, oriented to Watershed Management, Soil and Water
Management, Rural Development, Natural Resource Development, Ground Water Recharge etc.

Jabalpur, in 1982.
 Two months Special Training on Watershed Management from Department of Natural Resources, Queensland, Australia. in 2000
 Diploma in HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), in 1997.
 M.B.A. in Human Resource Management is on going from Indira Gandhi National Open University,( IGNOU) New Delhi.

 One month Soil Conservation Training at Indo U.K. Dry Farming Project, Indore (M.P.) in 1981.
 Two months Soil Conservation Training at Soil and Water Conservation Research and Training Institute, Dehradoon (U.P.) in 1983.
 One week Agril. Extension Management Training from MANAGE, Hyderabad, in 1991.
 Three Training Courses on PEOPLE'S PARTICIPATION in Watershed Management at Administrative Academy, Bhopal, in Feb.1999 and
at WALMI, Bhopal, in March 1999 and in July 1999.
 A Training Course on RAIN WATER HARVESTING AND MANAGEMENT from WALMI, Bhopal in July 1998.
 Two weeks, MICRO PROCESSOR TRAINING at Directorate of Instrumentation, JNKVV Jabalpur in 1986.

published and presented in National Seminar for Creativity in Water Management by Water and Land Management Institute Bhopal.
 "Bhoo Raksha Kavach", A poetry involving Engineering techniques to check soil erosion from farmer field, published and appreciated
by state Government of Madhya Pradesh under National Watershed Development program.
 "Jalgrahanshetra Chalisa", A Hindi poetry involving different treatment for Watershed Development works widely accepted and
appreciated by Govt of India and Govt of Madhya Pradesh as well as by farmers.
 "Mahapralaya Ka Sutra", A Hindi publication involving facts and logical treatments for conservation of soil and water, written in
interesting language along with small stories to explain the subject.
 "Jaivik Kheti Dohavali", A Hindi poetry involving detailed methodology for preparing different type of organic manures like Nadep
compost, Vermi compost,Green Manure, Matka Khad and other Bio control methods widely accepted by farmers and Govt
organization.
