Braised beef brisket with tomato is one of the most popular Chinese food recipes, which has
fresh ingredients, delicious taste and thick soup.
2. Put seasoning (2) with tomato into the pot, fry 1 minute and then simmer until it becomes
ketchup.
3. Put beef and light soy sauce into the ketchup, fry 3 minutes, and then reduce the heat to
low.
4. Stew 2 hours, then add some salt to taste, stew for another 30 minutes.
