5 tomatoes, 500g beef brisket

Step by step to cook Braised Beef Brisket with Tomato:


1. Wash the beef and tomato with boiled water, peel the tomato, then cut both of them into
small pieces.

2. Put seasoning (2) with tomato into the pot, fry 1 minute and then simmer until it becomes
ketchup.

3. Put beef and light soy sauce into the ketchup, fry 3 minutes, and then reduce the heat to
low.

4. Stew 2 hours, then add some salt to taste, stew for another 30 minutes.

5. Serve.
