disputed portion of tax for the assessment year
2008-2009 by Taheri Flour Mills Ltd. T.I.N. No:
305-200-3274/ Company Circle-1/ Taxes Zone-
1/Chittagong.

As per the instruction of the honourable High Court Division of the Supreme
Court of Bangladesh my above named client company will going to submit a
pay order of Tk.1,85,000/=(Pay order number drawn on Branch, Chittagong
dated ) for the assessment year 2008-2009. This payment is 5% of the
balance disputed portion of tax Tk. 36,48,255/= for the stated assessment
year. After praying for stay u/s 161(4) of the I.T. Ordinance 1984 on the
disputed portion of tax the honourable court has granted stay on 02-05-2011
imposing a condition to pay 5% disputed portion of tax.
