in the Context of the Company Tranformation (Comparison Study on Implementation of Work Culture at Gas Stations "Pertamina Way" Based on the status and ownership of PT Pertamina Gas Station Network ) This research attempts to figure out the work culture of PT Pertamina Gas Station in the context of the transformation of the Company on the basis of the status and ownership of its stations. This research uses a qualitative approach, descriptive, pure, cross section and the data collection had been done through observations and depth interviews. The results showed that there are cultural differences at work stations which are the subject of research. The difference is caused by differences in organizational structure, which can be seen from the complexity, centralization, and formalization. Cultural differences on the three stations are also caused by how the organization treated its members, reflected in the provision of employee rights, mechanisms of reward and the sanctions imposed in order to materialize a work culture which is expected by the company. The study also analyzes how changes in work culture occurring in gas stations that had named the stations as SPBU Pertamina PASTI PAS! (Pertamina Gas Stations, ABSOLUTELY!). Other results of this study showed that there are differences in the form of organizational culture typology in each station that resulted from the differences in organizational structure.
