NARRATIVE REPORT ON PARTICIPATION OF COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES SY : 2009 2010

To serve as a link between the school and community, the undersigned has participated in community activities like celebration of Independence Day, Araw ng Sinacaban, Rizal Day and town Fiesta. The said particitpation and involvement was showed by joining the parade and attending program after the parade. MINUTES ON HOMEROOM PTA MEETING June 18, 2009

Agenda: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. Election of Homeroom PTA officials Dissiminate School Programs / Policies /Plans Encourage involvement of parents in School Programs Grading System MTAP Schedule of Feeding Pahina

The meeting started at 2:15 in the afternoon. There was a roll call of parents. After that, election of homeroom PTA officials. Dissiminated school programs/ policies and plan accomplishment to the schools clientels. And encouraged the parents to involved the school programs and activities. The Grading Sytem was discussed and MTAP classes. I encouraged the parents of the honor pupils to let their sons/daughters to attended the MTAP class. The parents agreed to have a feeding once a week. It was agreed that every Wednesday morning the assigned parents was the one who brought the food for the pupils. It ended at 4:00 in the afternoon. The meeting started at 2:30 in the afternoon. The secretary read the previous minutes. It was accepted by the body. I reminded the parents to follow up the study of their children, especially their reading ability and their assignment. We agreed that if their son/daughter will absent they will send an excuse letter. And they will absent only if they were sick. The teacher distributed the report card to the parents. And the parents signed the report card. It ended at 3:45 in the afternoon.

Signing of report card The meeting started at 2:00 oclock in the afternoon. Reading of previous minutes by the secretary. NAT review is discussed; the parents agreed that every Saturday in the morning there was a review. I encouraged the parents to let their son/daughter attend the scouting at San Isidro Elementary School. They agreed to contribute Php 120 for pupils viand. They contributed also for BSP/GSP candidates. There was a raffle draw for the candidate for Mr. & Miss Valentines. The parents agreed that each of them will sold 2 tickets. I reminded the parents to follow up the studies of their son/daughter. And also their absences. Signing of report card by parents was followed. It ended at 4:10 in the afternoon. The meeting started at 2:15 in the afternoon. Reading of previous minutes by the secretary. It was accepted by the body. I encouraged the parents to let their children attend the review class every Saturday morning. I told them the schedule for the test was on March 5, 2010. We discussed the expenses for graduation. The parents agreed that during graduation the pupils will wore toga. And they will also contribute Php. 50 for donation. I let the parents to signed the report card of their children. It ended at 3:30 in the afternoon.
