Potatoes Salad - Large Batch 8 Potatoes (Not too hard or too soft cooked/diced) 4 Pickles (Large/diced) Cup Pickle

e juice 6 Eggs (Hard boiled/Sliced) 2 Cans Peas (Strain) 1 lb Cheese (Sharp cheddar) 3 Tbsp Mustard 2 Tbsp Paprika Jar Mayonnaise Directions: Take a very large bowl, and add: diced pickles, pickle juice, 4 of 6 eggs, peas, cheese. Then mix. Add in potatoes, half the paprika, mustard, and the mayonnaise into the mix. You will need to vary the amount of mayo to get the correct consistency (not too wet, not too dry). When all is mixed, flatten smooth before placing last two sliced eggs and sprinkle the other half of the paprika over the top.
