Agraganya(Best Manager)

A manager is a person who can lead a group of people through any situation. He/ She is a person who will have to find the most apt solution to a problem and make the decision on matters. For this the person should have a cool head under pressure, think reasonably and the willingness to take a bit of risk. This is what is being put to test in Agraganya.

The event will be on 2nd April 2011 as part of Bodhi 2011, a national level technical fest.

ROUNDS
Round 1 Aptitude test The first round of the event will be an aptitude test. The contestants will be given a questionnaire and the test scores are considered to progress to the next round. The people with the best 21 test scores go to the next round.

Round 2 Group Discussion This round will have 3 group discussions with 7 contestants each. The best 6 performers from the group discussion will be short-listed for the next round.

Round 3 Crisis Analysis There will 3 parts for this round. The first part will be the self-introduction by the contestants. This will be followed by a crisis analysis where the contestants will be given a scenario for which they will have to find the best possible solution in the given time. The final part will be a stress interview by the panel of judges. The maximum time that can be given to each participant is 20 mins.

CHALLENGES 1. The biggest challenge will be the race against time. The gd has to be conducted and also the contestants should be given time for having lunch before the results are announced and the final round begins @ 12.30. 2. To make contestants know of all the results asap after each round. 3. The world cup final between India and Sri Lanka begins @ 2.30 p.m. So the best efforts must be made to make sure that all the rounds go smoothly without any disputes and to keep the time as much as possible.
