Institutionalizing Ethics
CEO s/Management should not take any decision related to ethics on their own but it should made sure that all the moral decisions are based on the preceding decisions and past experience s of the organization.

Different ways of Institutionalizing Ethics


 Codes of Conduct 40 %  Ethics Committee 18 %
Credo formed by Johnson and Johnson to ensure quality product and encourage personal commitment towards the goals.

 Ombudsman offices 3 %  Judicial board 3 %  Ethics training programmes

Different Surveys
 90 % of the companies have tried to Institutionalize Ethics out of which only 11 % display their codes of ethics in factories and offices.  Otherwise most of them dismiss, demote or reprimand the employee who have intentionally violates the law.  In U.S. , U.K. , Europe, Spain, Italy the approach towards Institutionalizing ethics have increased although in France it is less.

 Survey reports also say that codes have limited effects in deterring the effect the misbehavior of intentional wrong-doers.

CONCLUSION
The company is committed to stating its standards and is asking its work force to incorporate them into their daily activities
