COURSE DESCRIPTION : A three-unit lecture, seminar or a fieldwork course on the basic and advanced computer hardware and servicing troubleshooting to actual situation based on TESDA curriculum. The course contains the basic knowledge, skills, values and technical education. This Hands-On training teaches students things needed to know to become an expert as Technical Support Staff. It covers Basic to Advanced troubleshooting and servicing strategies. Students need to further PC training (O.J.T.) after completing this course. GENERAL OBJECTIVES: At the end of the course, the students should be able to:
