I have a theory that throughout the history of mankind, there are multiple events that can be traced back to single individual events. According to my theory, if you were to take any event in history and trace it back, you would eventually reach another point in history in which you would not be able to go back any farther. This theory can be thought in a religious way or a scientific way. Everything happens for a reason. Basically when the universe was created, seeds were planted all over it. Now these seeds were no ordinary seeds, these seeds are what I like to call, time seeds. Basically as time progressed, a seed would sprout at a specific time and begin growing. The first seed was the sun and the planets. Each seed grew into a different planet, each unique in its own way. The planet I am going to talk about is earth. When the earth was created, time seeds were planted throughout the course of its lifetime. As time progressed a seed would sprout and begin to grow, eventually branching out like a tree and at one point reaching its full bloom. Like a tree can be viewed from top to bottom, any event in history can be traced back to a single event that started a chain reaction of events. Its similar to a family name. A person can trace their last name back only so far before they find the very first family members with the name. Two shortened examples: Scientific: the creation of the earth -> rise of the dinosaurs -> the meteor striking the earth and wiping out the dinosaurs -> the rise and evolution of the mammals Biblical: the creation of Adam and eve -> the eating of the forbidden fruit -> being kicked out of the garden of Eden -> the birth of Cain and able -> Cain killing able All throughout earths history, seeds have been sprouting and branching out. Take a good example: war. While it leads to a massive loss of life, it also brings countries together, develops new and improved technology, creates new land, and eventually leads to peace and unity. The best example of a time seed is WWII and the holocaust.

The time seed perspective: why the holocaust and WWII happened
Im going to give you one of the best examples of the time seed theory: the holocaust and WWII. I know this is a touchy subject so I'm going to go back to the very beginning, to the rise of Hitler and the persecution of the Jews. Now this is going to be a summary of an extended period of time, so I will jump around a lot. Lets start with WWII: In the very beginning when Hitler was rising to power, he had very little control over Germany; though just about everybody knew that he was extremely anti-Semite. In the beginning before Hitler had even risen to power he had written a book called mien kampf, which basically said what he was going to do to Germany and the Jews before and after he came to power. Nobody really believed him, but over time he built up the nazi party and made them the majority party in the government. This eventually resulted in Hitler being given the right to rule Germany with an iron fist.

There are some facts that people may not know about Hitler. Hitler greatly shunned smoking; he hated the foul smell and discouraged his employees to do it. He also hated the taste of wine, he found it very bitter. Hitler had a very large fascination in architecture as well and had a secret relationship with a woman named Eva Braun, who eventually became his wife. Hitler made it very clear that he disliked Jews by making laws and rules against them. Over time he became more and more aggressive, eventually putting Jews into concentration camps and ordering the Nazis to kill them. For all you out there that think that nobody tried to stop the holocaust, two people tried to kill Hitler by setting off bombs. The first got off easy, Hitler ordered him to work and make bombs for him. The second man was part of Hitlers personal associates. He killed most of Hitlers other associates, and badly wounded Hitler. However, Hitler came out alive. It was during this time that WWII was going on. It was during WWII that three important events occurred. First of all, the bringing of a second world war brought up a requirement for new weapons and technology. Second of all, the USA invented and perfected the atomic bomb. Finally, and probably the most important of the three, the Japanese bombing of pearl harbor. Now the bombing of Pearl Harbor was the reason that the USA entered and began to fight in WWII. Eventually it led to the atomic bomb being dropped on Japan and japans surrender. At this point though, Hitler was on his last leg and the war was at its end. When the war ended and Germany surrendered, Hitler committed suicide in a bunker with his wife Eva Braun. Hitler shot himself in the head with a revolver and Eva Braun killed herself with cyanide. Hitler and Eva were promptly incinerated by his top associates, which took some effort do to the high winds during the attempt. After WWII Russia there became an issue between Russia and the USA because some countries in Europe did not want communist governments any more. Russia did not want this to happen because the USA was encouraging the countries to get rid of communism. Russia thought that the USA was trying to take control of Europe and began to complain. By complain I mean threaten to blow the crap out of us. The conflict between Russia and the USA led into the cold war where the USA and Russia went into a sort of race to see who could build the most ships, nuclear arms, and weapons (like that is ever a good thing, thats just what the world needs, more weapons.) However, there was no fighting in this war. At the end of this war Russia and the USA created a pact and agreed to not fight. Now lets start this talk about the holocaust with a question, how many of you have been to the holocaust museum? For those of you that have no idea what I am talking about, the holocaust museum is located in Washington DC. You can read all the books you want about the holocaust, The Diary of Anne Frank, Night, Jacobs Rescue, but nothing will tell you the horrors experienced by the Jews, gypsies, gays, twins, and others in the concentration camps during the holocaust like the holocaust museum. I have been there twice and the things I saw there were worse than any story I could ever read. The holocaust museum is like a sanctum sactuarium; it feels like a sin to speak while walking through it. People look at all the pictures of the starving people and dead bodies; the various failed experiments, and realize how awful it must have been. Some people cry, some people gasp, I remember one woman fainting when looking at a photo of a dead child. What am I getting to?

Well during the holocaust the Nazis experimented on all kinds of people. They would put people under various pain to see how much they could take, they would take twins and run painful experiments on them to see if they shared the same experience, they would beat people to submission or even death for just speaking out of turn, and they would perform experiments on the inhabitants of the camps as if they were animals. If you were one of the few who died, you got off lucky. The life of anyone but a pure German was that of turmoil, misery, experimentation, and death on a cosmic scale. The holocaust was probably one of the most memorable moments in the history of mankind. So much death, so much turmoil, so much torture, but a choice few made it out to tell their stories. That is how we know about it today. Now something that most people dont know is that during the holocaust Hitler tried as hard as he could to get rid of the Jews. In the beginning he sent them out of the country in massive numbers and large numbers of others migrated out on their own. The only problem was that just about everyone wanted NOTHING to do with the Jews. Why? Supposedly it ties back to the Jews being the cause of Jesus death, and you think YOU can hold a grudge. Now try to put this through your brain, what if Hitler had never been born? What if Hitler had never risen to power? Where would we be today? Of course all those lives would have been spared, but REALLY think about it. Hitler had never risen to power and never persecuted or killed all the Jews, neither the holocaust nor WWII would have ever occurred. How is this a bad thing? Think about all the things that happened because of these two things. Let me put things into perspective. If WWII had never occurred: 1. The new technology, weapons, and atom bomb would have never been invented. (Eventually the atom bomb would be finished, but the lack of war would delay its construction because of funding.) 2. The atom bomb would most likely have never been used. 3. With the lack of the new technology, weapons, and atom bomb, we would be hundreds of years behind where we are today in weapons, technology and tools The cold war also had a great effect on the USA and Russia, and would not have occurred had WWII not happened. Had the cold war not occurred Russia and the United States would not have the weapons they do now. How is this bad? Imagine being powerless as a country and not being able to adequately defend yourself in case of a war against you. Also, Russia wouldnt even be called Russia. As of today it would still be called the Soviet Union had WWII not occurred, because WWII caused a massive economic change in Russia that years later changed the country. One of the most important things in American history about WWII is the bombing of Pearl Harbor. Had WWII not occurred, the Japanese would have never bombed Pearl Harbor. Japan had Italy and Germany backing them up in WWII so they had the guts to bomb Pearl Harbor to show us that they meant business. The bombing of Pearl Harbor caused us to unite as a country, it raised our sense of pride in being American, and it gave us the guts to go in and fight back for our country. We dropped the atomic bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki and showed the Japanese what happens when you mess with our country; resulting in their surrender.

Had the Japanese never bombed Pearl Harbor, this sense of pride and unity would have never happened and we may have never entered the war. Think about that, if we had never entered the war, it could be possible for Hitler to possibly take advantage of our absence and maybe even win the war. On a different note, had WWII never occurred; we still would have never gone through this sense of pride and unity. We really needed something like this because we had just gone through the great depression and the general American public had very little faith in the economy and very little pride. What if the holocaust had never occurred? What would Germanys main language be? Hebrew. What about the holocaust museum and all those who have seen it and shared the same pain that all those who died and suffered did? Would we care? No we wouldnt. What about the sense of pride that the Jewish have in their religion? Im sure that if you were Jewish and you either knew someone that made it through the holocaust, or had a relative that made it thorough, you would be VERY proud of your religion. Well what if that had never happened? You would still be proud, but not as proud as you are now. Think about all I've said and all that occurred in history. It all ties down to WWII and the holocaust. So next time you ask yourself why we have war, next time you wonder why so many good people have to die, open up a history book or take a look at what has happened because of it and imagine what life would be like without that specific event ever happening. You might just get a whole new view on life.

The holocaust and WWII are probably the most notable examples of a time seed. If the seed had never sprouted, it would have resulted in catastrophic events in earths timeline that would be irreversible. Just imagine earth like a giant time tree forest. As each seed grows into a tree and time goes by, it eventually stops growing. At some point, time passes past the maximum growth point and the tree dies. Eventually the final seed will sprout and the very top of the tree will be the end of the earth and every living and nonliving thing on it.
