Statement of the Problem
Moringa Pterygosperma as an Alternative Detergent
This study will be conducted to develop a horseradish (Moringacae / Moringa Pterygosperma)
liquid detergent. It will test its ablity to clean walls and fabric. Specifically, this study will
attempt to answer the following questions:
1.c How long will it take for Horseradish (Moringa Pterygosperma) to clean fabric and
furnitures?
2.c If compared with a commercial detergent, does Horseradish (Moringa Pterygosperma)
clean and dissolve faster?
3.c Can Horseradish (Moringa Pterygosperma) dissolve faster stains and is it toxic?

Procedure
Ingredients or Needs:
Disttiled Water
4 packs Unflavored Gelatin
Essential Oil
Moringacae / Malunggay
2 Containers
Food Coloring
Jar for heating
Powdered Detergent
Procedure
Prepare the Horseradish.Pound until pure powder.After pounding, dry them until liquid dissolves.
After preparing Horseradish, Heat 1 cup of distilled water until boiling. Stir in 4 packages of
unflavored gelatin until it dissolves. After, put in the dried Horseradish with the powdered
detergent. When done, remove the mixture from heat and stir in another 1 cup of water. Add 1020 drops of essential oil or other fragrances. If desired, add food coloring to tint your gel. Pour
the finished product into a clean container. The gel will set at room temperature, although you can
place the gel in the fridge.
Significance of the Study
This study will contribute to a growing number of demands to a commercial detergent by helping
people work easier and finish earlier. And the people need many detergents for their works but
with Horseradish (Moringa Pterygosperma) in just 2-3 wipes.This also could motivate and
challenge school authorities to a cleaner and less trouble with their laundry for less stress and
buying detergents cost a big amount of fortune. This study will contribute to household maids and
moms so that they would not have a hard time in removing stains that needs to be washed out for
a very long, long time.
