(2) Ridwan, SKM.M.Kes Exclusive breastfeeding is to give only breast milk for infants up to age 6 (six) months. Based on initial surveys in PHC Rapak Mahang found that infants who did not receive exclusive breastfeeding is still quite a lot, so it is a problem because mothers still do not understand about exclusive breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to analyze Relations Work, Knowledge Level, Availability Asi, With Exclusive breastfeeding research method using observational analytic research with cross sectional research design study. Study sample totaled 79 people, a way of sampling with the accidental sampling. The research instrument in the form of questionnaires and statistical test using Chi Square. Research results showed that there was no employment relationship with exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.975) = 0.05, there is a relationship of knowledge with exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.035) = 0.05, there is a correlation with the availability of milk to the granting of Exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.000) = 0.05, respondents with exclusive breastfeeding in the health center Rapak Mahang Regency Year 2011. Advice can be given is the presence of counseling on nutrition and exclusive breastfeeding is expected to increase public knowledge and the fulfillment of nutritious foods in the mother can produce high quality milk production.
