    Steps Click on Tools - Account Settings - Select E-mail tab - click New - Select "Manu ally Configure server

    settings or additional server types" option at bottom - cl ick next - select internet E-mail - click next - enter your name, email address (vinaychhaparia @futuretrustindia.com), account type (pop3), incoming mail serve r (pop.gmail.com), outgoing mail server (smtp.gmail.com), username (vinaychhapar ia@futuretrustindia.com), password - click on "More Settings" at right - select Outgoing Server tab - click on "My outgoing Server (SMTP) requires authenticatio n" - Select Advanced tab - check "This server requires an encrypted connection ( SSL)" and enter 995 in POP3 box and 587 in SMTP box - Click OK button - Click Te st Account Settings - After Successfull Completion click Next Button - FINISH
