    On 3 December 2008, the PDRM writes to the Ministry of Home Affairs. In that letter the police admit that they had been told by the Special Branch as early as May 2008 about the penetration of Israeli agents in the PDRM. The PDRM then suggests, for the sake of national security and due to the penetration of these Israeli agents, that the computer contract be terminated. The letter confirms that a police report had been made and that the investigation supports the allegation that Israeli agents had penetrated the PDRM.
