Assessments: Physical Head to Toe Finger sticks Vitals Pain, etc. Interpret and document rhythm strips Documentation: Inet/Iview/forms Core Measures/ Nursing Outcomes/ IPOCs Quality Measures (Dashboard & IPOCs)

Clinical Day 1 Get to know:

Shadow Days 4/5: 4 hours with RT 4 hours in Hemodialysis 4 hours with transport 4 hours with HUC
