PRESCRIZIONI PER IL MONTAGGIO DELL' IMPIANTO A/C DIAVIA OBBLIGATORIE PER IL TECNICO INSTALLATORE, IL QUALE, NEL CASO DI LORO INOSSERVANZA, SARA' DIRETTAMENTE ED ESCLUSIVAMENTE RESPONSABILE VERSO IL CLIENTE. 1. verificare il corretto serraggio della bulloneria fornita e rimossa e comunque di tutte le parti interessate al montaggio dell' impianto A/C; 2. verificare che non vi siano perdite d' acqua, olio e aria su motore, freni, servosterzo, servofreno, ecc.; 3. verificare tutti i livelli dei liquidi. Qualora venga rimosso il radiatore acqua, ricaricare nel circuito lo stesso liquido scarico e, se necessario un rabbocco, aggiungere il liquido anticongelante prescritto. Assicurarsi inoltre che lo spurgo aria sia fatto come prescritto dal costruttore; 4. accertarsi della giusta tensione di tutte le cinghie, e verificare lo stato di usura di quelle non sostituite; 5. verificare che non si abbiano interferenze critiche in qualunque condizione di funzionamento. In particolare accertarsi che siano garantite distanze di sicurezza fra tutti i particolari soggetti a movimento relativo. 6. garantirsi che non si abbiano fregamenti con conseguente usura tra le parti mediante un corretto serraggio e posizionamento delle stesse; 7. assicurarsi del corretto isolamento elettrico, della corretta installazione dei fusibili e di tutte le parti dell' impianto elettrico; 8. dopo aver effettuato la carica del refrigerante effettuare una accurata ricerca di eventuali perdite di gas; 9. eseguire comunque ogni operazione secondo norme di buona tecnica; 10. se durante l' operazione di installazione dell' impianto, vengono praticati fori o tagli, obbligatorio proteggere tali parti con prodotto antiruggine fornito con l' impianto. PRESCRIPTIONS POUR LE MONTAGE DE LEQUIPEMENT A/C DIAVIA A RESPECTER PAR LE TECHNICIEN INSTALLATEUR, CAR SIL NE LES OBSERVAIT PAS, IL SERAIT DIRECTEMENT ET EXCLUSIVEMENT RESPONSABLE EVERS LE CLIENT. 1. vrifier que la visserie fournie ou manipule ainsi que toutes les parties concernes par le montage de lquipement A/C sont serres et fixes correctement; 2. vrifier quil ny a pas des fuites deau, dhuile ou dair sur le moteur, les freins, la servodirection, le servofrein, etc..; 3. vrifier tous les niveaux. Si un complment de liquide de refroidissement est effectuer, utiliser le mme liquide que celui qui est dans le circuit. Si le circuit a t vidang, faire le plein avec le liquide prconis par le constructeur. 4. sassurer que la tension des courroies est correcte et vrifier ltat dusure de celles qui non pas t remplaces; 5. vrifier quil n y a pas dinterfrence critique dans toutes les conditions de fonctionnement. Sassurer en particulier que les distances de scurit entre toutes les pices sujettes un mouvement relatif sont respectes; 6. sassurer quil ny a pas de frottement provoquant lusure entre les parties cause dun dfaut de serrage ou de positionnement de celles-ci; 7. sassurer que lisolation lectrique, l installation des fusibles et de toutes les parties du faisceau lectrique sont correctes; 8. aprs avoir realis la charge du rfrigrant, effectuer une recherche minutieuse de fuite ventuelle de gaz; 9. de toute faon, effectuer toutes les oprations dans les rgles de lart; 10. si durant lopration de mise en place de lquipement des trous ou des coupes sont pratiques, il est impratif de les protger avec le produit antirouille fourni avec lquipement. INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE A/C SYSTEM FITTING TO BE FOLLOWED BY THE OPERATOR INSTALLING THE SYSTEM. IN CASE OF FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THEM, THE OPERATOR WILL BE DIRECTLY AND EXCLUSIVELY RESPONSIBLE TO THE CUSTOMER. 1. check the proper tightening of the supplied nuts and bolts and removal, and otherwise, of all parts involved in the assembly of the A/C system; 2. check that there are no water, oil or air leaks on the engine , brakes, power steering, power brakes, etc.; 3. check the level of all liquids. Should the water radiator be removed, refill the circuit with the same discharged liquid and, if it is necessary to top up , add the prescribed antifreeze liquid. Furthermore, make sure that the bleeding is carried out as prescribed by the manufacturer; 4. check the proper tension of all the belts and check the state of wear on those which have not been replaced; 5. check that there is no critical interference under any function condition. In particular check that the safety distances between all parts subject to relative movement are guaranteed; 6. ensure that there is no rubbing between parts with consequent wear by means of proper tightening and positioning of the parts themselves; 7. check that electric insulation, fuse installation and all parts of the electric system are correct; 8. after the refrigerant charge, make a careful search for any gas leaks; 9. carry out all operations according to the rules of good technology; 10. should any holes or cuts be made during installation of the system, it is absolutely necessary to protect such parts with the rustpreventer supplied with the system. VERBINDLICHE VORSCHRIFTTEN FR DEN EINBAUTECHNIKER BEI NICHTBEACHTUNG ERLISCHT JEDER ANSPRUCH AUF GARANTIE UND ERSATZTEILLIEFERUNG. 1. Jede DIAVIA-Klimaanlage ist gem der beigefgten Einbaueinleitung einzubauen; 2. Bei allen Einbauteilen der Klimaanlage ist auf die vorgeschriebene Anbringung an den vorgesehenen Punkten zu achten, ebenso auf die erforderliche Bewegungsfreiheit der einzelnen Aggregatteile. 3. Bei korrekter Positionierung und Befestigung der Teile sind Abnutzungen durch Reibung ausgeschlossen. Eventuell auftretende Strungen sind unverzglich zu berprfen; 4 . Alle Einbauteile, sowie die verwendeten Schrauben und Muttern sind auf ihre korrekte Spannung und festen Sitz hin zu berprfen. 5. Alle Teile der elektrischen Anlage sowie die Sicherung sind auf Isolation und korrekte Installation hin zu berprfen; 6. Nach Auffllung der Klimaanlage mit dem Kltemittel mu die gesamte Anlage auf eventuelle Verluste von Gas berprft werden; 7. Bei Inbetriebnahme der Klimaanlage ist die korrekte Spannung aller Keilriemen zu berprfen. Nicht ersetzte Keilriemen sind auf ihre Abnutzung hin zu untersuchen. 8. Nach Einbau der Klimaanlage ist zu berprfen, da Motor,Bremsen, Servolenkung und Servobremse keine Wasser-, Oel-,oder Luftverluste aufweisen; 9. Vor bergabe des Wagens mu das Niveau aller Flssigkeitsanzeigen berprft werden. Falls beim Klimaanlageneinbau der Wasserkhler ausgebaut wurde, ist die entnommene Flssigkeit im Umlauf wieder aufzufllen und das erforderliche Frostschutzmittel nachzufllen. 10. Im Falle, da whrend der Installationsarbeiten der Anlage, Bohrungen oder Schnitte durchgefhrt werden, ist es unbedingt notwendig, diese Teile mit dem bei der Anlage mitgelieferten Rostschutzmittel zu schtzen. PRESCRIPCIONES PARA EL MONTAJE DE LA INSTALACIN A/C OBLIGATORIAS PARA EL TECNICO INSTALADOR; EN CASO DE SUS INOBSERVANCIA, L SER DIRECTAMENTE Y EXCLUSIVAMENTE RESPONSABLE HACIA EL CLIENTE. 1. verificad que los tornillos en dotacin, los removidos y de todos modos todas las partes que se emplean para el montaje de la instalacin A/C sean bien apretadas; 2. verificad que no se producan prdidas de agua, de aceite y de aire sobre el motor, los frenos, el servofreno, la servo direccin, etc; 3. verificad todos los niveles de los lquidos. En caso se remueva el radiador de agua, recargad en el circuito el mismo lquido descargado, y se es necesario un relleno aadid el lquido anticongelamiento prescrito. Adems, averiguad que el expurgo de aire sea hecho como est prescrito por el constructor; 4. averiguad que todas las correas sean bien tendidas y verificad el estado de desgaste de las que no han sido reemplazadas; 5. verificad que no se producan graves interferencias en cualquier condicin de funcionamiento. En particular verificad de que sean garantizadas las distancias de seguridad entre todos los elementos expuestos a movimiento relativo; 6. averiguad que no se producan fricaciones con consiguiente desgaste de las partes , apretndolas correctamente y poniendo esas mismas en posicin correcta; 7. verificad el correcto aislamiento elctrico, el correcto montaje de los fusibles y de todas las partes de la instalacin elctrica; 8. despus de haber introducido el refrigerante, efectuad una busca diligente acerca de posibles prdidas de gas; 9. de todos modos, efectuad cada operacin segn las normas de la mejor tecnologa; 10. si durante la operacin de puesta de la instalacin se hacen agujeros o cortes les aconsejamos protejan estos puntos con un producto antioxido abastecido con la instalacin.

(I) NOTE: Lo schema di montaggio illustra l' impianto AC e comprende a volte dei componenti accessori (es. minimo veloce, radiatore, ecc.) che debbono per essere ordinati separatamente, in aggiunta all' impianto base, consultando il ns. listino. Tutte le indicazioni relative alla DESTRA ed alla SINISTRA sono riferite al senso di marcia: SINISTRA = lato guida, DESTRA = lato passeggero. Tutti i numeri presenti nel testo e nelle figure, indicano componenti forniti del condizionatore e vanno pertanto riferiti ai kit di figg.1A,1B,1C,1D,1.1D,1E,1.1E. Tutte le viti e i raccordi tubi gas vanno bloccati senza superare i valori massimi delle coppie di serraggio indicati nella tabella seguente, se non diversamente specificato nel testo: Per il corretto funzionamento ed affidabilit delle cinghie installate, eseguire le seguenti operazioni: a) Avviare il motore con impianto AC inserito e dopo 15 minuti circa di funzionamento, ritensionare le cinghie. b) La stessa operazione di tensionamento va ripetuta dopo 1500 Km dalla installazione dell'impianto AC. Nella vettura provvista di dispositivi di sicurezza tipo AIR BAG o PROCON-TEN lo smontaggio di tali componenti deve essere effettuato attenendosi alle disposizioni delle rispettive case automobilistiche. La quantit di gas R134a necessaria per la carica dell'impianto di Kg.0,700 (0,025). (F) REMARQUE : Le manuel dinstructions illustre lquipement A/C et il comprend quelque fois des composants accessoires (par ex. : ralenti-acclr, radiateur, etc.) qui doivent cependant tre commands sparment, en plus de lquipement de base, en consultant notre catalogue. Toutes les indications de DROITE et de GAUCHE se rfrent la direction de marche : GAUCHE = ct conducteur, DROITE = ct passager. Tous les numros du texte et des figures indiquent les composants du conditionneur fourni. ls doivent par consquent tre compars aux kits des fig.1A,1B,1C,1D,1.1D,1E,1.1E. Toutes les vis et les raccords des tuyaux gaz doivent tre bloqus sans dpasser les valeurs maximales des couples de serrage indiqus dans le tableau suivant, sil ny a pas de prcision contraire. Pour obtenir le bon fonctionnement et la fiabilit des courroies installes, effectuer les oprations suivantes : a) Faire dmarrer le moteur avec lquipement dair conditionn enclench et aprs 15 minutes environ, tendre nouveau les courroies. b) Il faut rpter lopration de tension de courroie 1500 Km aprs le montage de lair conditionn. Sur les voitures munies des systmes de scurit type AIR BAG ou PRECON-TEN, le dmontage de ces composants doit tre effectu en suivant scrupuleusement les dispositions de chaque Constructeur. La quantit de gaz R134a ncessaire pour charger lquipement est de Kg.0,700 (0,025). (GB) NOTE : This instruction manual illustrates the A/C system and at times, includes accessories (ex.: idle-speed control, radiator, etc.). These parts, however, must be ordered separately in addition to the basic kit according to our price list. All references to RIGHT and LEFT hand are related to the driving direction : LEFT = drivers side, RIGHT = passengers side. All numbers quoted in the text and under the photos refer to the supplied componets of the air conditioning unit. One must therefore refer to the kits shown in the figg.1A,1B,1C,1D,1.1D,1E,1.1E. All screws and gas pipes fittings must be locked without exceeding the maximum value of the driving torques indicated in the following table, if not otherwise specified in the text. Once fitting has been completed, spray an anticorrosive trasparent product on the installed metal parts. To ensure functioning and reliability of installed belts, carry out the following procedures : a) Start motor with A/C system switched on and after about 15 minutes adjust belt tension. b) The same adjustment procedure should be repeated after 1500 Km from the installation of the A/C system. In those vehicles with AIR-BAG or PRECON-TEN safety devices, these components must be removed carefully following the instructions given by the car manufacturers. The quantity of R134a gas necessary for the system charge is Kg .0,700 (0,025). (D) ANMERKUNG: Die Einbauanleitung beschreibt die Klimaanlage, in einigen Fllen gehren jedoch Bauteile hinzu (z.B. Leerlaufvorrichtung, Khler, Lfter usw.) die separat zur Grundausstattung der Anlage zu bestellen sind, da es sich um Zusatzteile handelt, siehe unsere Preisliste. Alle Hinweise auf RECHTS und LINKS beziehen sich auf die Fahrtrichtung: LINKS= Fahrerseite, RECHTS = Beifahrerseite. Alle Ziffern im Text und der Abbildung 1A,1B,1C,1D,1.1D,1E,1.1E beziehen sich auf vorhandene Bestandteile des Bausatzes. Alle Schraub- und Schlauchverbindungen sind,falls nicht anders angegeben, gem unten stehender Tabelle anzuziehen .Nach beendetem Einbau ist es ratsam auf die eingebauten Metallteile Schutzwachs aufzusprhen, um Rostbildungen zu verhindern. Fr Funktions- und Lebensdauer der Keilriemen ist folgendes zu beachten: a) den Motor mit eingeschalteter Klimaanlage anlassen und nach ca. 15 Minuten der Funktion, die Riemen spannen. b) Nach 1500 Km Riemen nachspannen. Bei Fahrzeugen mit Sicherheitsvorrichtung wie AIR BAG oder PROCON-TEN mu der Ausbau derselben, nur nach den Anleitungen der Automobilhuser durchgefhrt werden. Die notwendige Menge des Gas R134a fr die Auffllung der Klimaanlage ist 0,700 (0,025)Kg. (E) NOTAS: El manual de instrucciones ilustra la instalacin A.C. y a veces comprende componentes accesorios (por ejemplo: minimo acelerado, radiador, etc.) que se deben ordenar separadamente, como agregado a la instalacin base consultando nuesto listin. Todas las indicaciones relativas a la DERECHA y a la IZQUIERDA se refieren al sentido de marcha: IZQUIERDA= lado conductor: DERECHA= lado pasajero. Todos los nmeros presentes en el texto y en las figuras indican componentes abastecidos del equipo de aire acondicionado y se refieren a los kits de las figuras 1A,1B,1C,1D,1.1D,1E,1.1E. Todos los tornillos y los racordes tubos gas tienen que ser bloqueados sin superar los valores mximos de las parejas de cerraje indicados por el cuadro que sigue, si no diversamente especificado. Una vez efectuado el montaje se aconseja aplicar en las paredes metlicas instaladas un producto spray transparente, de proteccin antioxidante. Para la correcta puesta en marcha y fiabilidad de las correas montadas llevar a cabo las operaciones siguientes: a) Arrancar el motor con el equipo de aire acondicionado conectado y despus de 15 minudos de funcionamiento, volver a tensar las correas. b) Hay que volver a repetir la misma operacin de tensar la correa despus de 1500 Kms. a partir del montaje del equipo. En los coches provistos de dispositivos de seguridad modelo AIR BAG o PROCON-TEN el desmontaje de estos componentes se debe efectuar siguiendo las disposiciones de las respectivas casas automobilisticas. La cantidad de gas R134a necesaria para cargar el equipo es de Kg.0,700 (0,025).

(I) ATTENZIONE: Nelle vetture dotate di marmitta catalitica necessario controllare IN OGNI CASO la posizione di uscita dall' abitacolo del tubo scarico condensa dell' evaporatore. - Se il tubo dovesse risultare in prossimit della marmitta, in modo da essere investivo dalla fascia di calore emanata dalla marmitta stessa, occorre tagliare il tubo subito dopo la sua uscita dall'abitacolo (riquadro "A"). - Se il tubo provvisto di rompi-goccia (riquadro "B") bisogna bloccare il tubo ad elementi della vettura in posizione pi distanziata possibile dalla marmitta. (F) ATTENTION: Sur les voitures munies de pot dchappement catalyse, il est ncessaire de TOUJOURS contrler la position du dgorgement pour condensat de lvaporateur en sortie de lhabitacle. - Dans le cas o le tuyau serait en proximit du pot dchappement, ou dans la zone de trop forte chaleur, il faudrait couper le tuyau immdiatement aprs le point de sortie de lhabitacle (illustration "A"). - Si le tuyau est muni de brise-gouttes (illustration "B"), il est ncessaire de le bloquer aux lments de la voiture dans une position qui est la plus lointaine possible du pot dchappement. (GB) CAUTION: The position where the evaporator condensate drainage hose comes out of the passenger compartment MUST BE ALWAIS CHECKED whenever the vehicle has a catalytic converter. - if the pipe is close enough to the converter to be heated by the heat generated by the converter itself, cut it down to just below the point where it comes out of the passenger compartment (detail "A"). - if the pipe is provided with an anti-dripping device (detail "B"), the pipe must be secured to the vehicle at a point as far away from the catalytic converter as possible. (D) ACHTUNG: Bei Fahrzeugen mit Katalysator-Auspuff ist es notwendig, IN JEDEM FALL die Position des Kondenswasserabfluaustritts des Verdampfers am Austritt aus dem Fahrzeuginnenraum zu kontrollieren. - Sollte der Schlauch in der Nhe des Auspuffs liegen, soda dieser im Hitzebereich des Auspuffs liegt, den Schlauch sofort am Austritt aus dem Fahrzeuginnenraum abschneiden (Ausschnitt "A"). - Falls der Schlauch mit einer Tropfabdeckung ausgestattet ist (Ausschnitt "B"), den Schlauch so weit als mglich vom Auspuff verlegen und an Elemente des Fahrzeugs befestigen. (E) ATENCIN: En los coches dotados de silenciador de escape cataltico es necesario controlar SIEMPRE la posicin de salida del habitculo del tubo de drenaje condensacin del evaporado. - Si el tubo debiera resultar prximo al silenciador de escape y fuera embestido por la faja de calor que emana el silenciador mismo, es necesario cortar el tubo despus que sale del habitculo (recuadro "A"). - Si el tubo est provisto de proteccin contra las gotas (recuadro "B") es necesario bloquear el tubo a elementos del coche en una posicin lo ms lejos posible del silenciador del escape.

Vorbergehend den Beschlag "Bo" zur Blockierung der Verkleidung ausbauen. (E) Quitar y eliminar del para-fuego las piezas pre-cortadas: interiores "G1-G2"; y exterior "G3" de revestimiento. Desmontar por un momento el bulln "Bo" de bloqueo revestimiento.

(F) Soulever le revtement intrieur du pare-feu. Positionner le gabarit "63" sur la tle du pare-feu lemplacement de la figure en insrant le pivot dorigine "Po" sur le trou disponible sur le gabarit et alignant les trous disponibles sur le gabarit avec les trous dorigine "fo" du pare-feu. Tracer ensuite la position de la dcoupe centrale "a" et du trou "b" (8 mm) effectuer sur la tle du pare-feu. Percer 34 mm en "c" au centre de la zone o on a limin le revtement. Aprs avoir effectu la dcoupe et les trous, appliquer sur les bords la peinture antirouille "67". Introduire le caoutchouc "64" sur le trou "c".

Position the template "63" on the firewall sheet in the position of the picture , insert the original pin "Po" in the hole prepared on the template and align the template holes with the firewall original holes "fo". Drill 34 mm in the point "c" in the center of the area where the carpet is to be removed. Effect the slit and the holes, apply the rust-preventer "67" on the rims. (E) Levantar el revestimiento interior del para-fuego. Colocar el patrn de perforacin "63" en adherencia con la chapa del para-fuego en la posicin de la figura, introduciendo el perno original "Po" en el orificio preparado en el patrn y alineando los orificios preparados en el patrn con los orificios originales "fo" del para-fuego. Luego cortar la posicin de la ranura central "a" y del orificio "b" ( 8 mm) por realizar en la chapa del para-fuego . Perforar 34 mm en correspondencia al punto "c" en el centro de la zona por quitar el revestimiento. Realizadas ranura y orificios, aplicar en los bordes la pintura anti-oxido "67". Introducir en correspondencia del orificio "c", la goma "64".

Eseguire sul gruppo climatizzotore 61 il foro 20mm nel punto e, inserire i cavi dellimpianto elettrico 91,da collegare allimpianto elettrico elettroventole 106 e sigillare con gommino predisposto 95. Bloccare i cavi dellimpianto elettrico 91 ai cavi dellimpianto predisposto sul gruppo climatizzatore mediante fascette a strappo evidenziate da frecce in figura.
(F) Positionner le faisceau lectrique commandes "91" sur le groupe climatiseur "61" et fixer le dispositif lectronique "92" en "d" laide de la vis autotaraudeuse "V1" (disponible sur le groupe climatiseur) et de la rondelle "98". Reprer et couper le fil "NOIR-VERT" du faisceau du groupe climatiseur, cbl au connecteur 9 voies "J", et y raccorder le fil "VERT-BLANC" du faisceau lectrique "91" en utilisant le raccord RAYCHEM "94" (voir pos. 5 du schma lectrique joint). Reprer les fils: "NOIR" (cbl au connecteur 5 voies "Y" de la rsistance), du faisceau situ sur le groupe climatiseur, et y connecter respectivement les fils "NOIR" et "MARRON" du faisceau lectrique "91", laide du raccord RAYCHEM "93" et "94" (voir pos.6-7 du schma lectrique joint). Percer le trou 20mm sur le groupe climatiseur en "e", introduire les fils du faisceau lectrique "91" raccorder au faisceau lectrique ventilateurs "106" et appliquer le caoutchouc disponible "95". Fixer les fils du faisceau lectrique "91" aux fils du faisceau du groupe climatiseur laide des colliers Velcro indiqus par les flches sur la figure.
(GB) Position the controls electric system "91" on the A/C system "61" and secure the control box "92" in the point "d" by means of self-tapping screw "V1" (present on the A/C system) and washer "98". Locate and cut the "BLACK-GREEN" cable of the A/C system wired to the 9-way connector "J" and connect the "GREEN-WHITE" cable of the electric system "91" to this one by means of the RAYCHEM splice "94" (see pos. 5 of the enclosed wiring diagram). Find the "BLACK" (hooked up to 9-pin connector "J") and "BROWN" (hooked up to 5-pin connector "Y" in resistor) wires of the system prepared on the A/C system. Hook them up respectively to the "BLACK" and "BROWN" wires of the electrical system "91". Use the RAYCHEM connector "93" and "94" (see pos. 6-7 in the enclosed wiring diagram). Drill the hole 20mm in the point "e" on the A/C system and insert the electric system "91" cables to be connected to the fans electric system "106"; insert the prepared rubber grommet "95". Secure the electric system "91" cables to the A/C cables by means of the Velcro clamps indicated by arrows in the picture.

Die Kabel "SCHWARZ" ( an 9weg Steckverbinder "J" angeschlossen) und "BRAUN" (an 5-weg Steckverbinder "Y" des Widerstands angeschlossen) der werkseitig am Heiz-Klimagert vorhandenen Anlage herausfinden und mit entsprechendem Kabel "SCHWARZ" und "BRAUN" der elektrischen Anlage "9" mit RAYCHEM Verbindung "93" und "94" anschlieen (siehe Pos. 6-7 des Schaltschemas im Anhang). Eine Bohrung von 20mm am Punkt "e" am Heizklimagert ausfhren, die Kabel der elektrischen Anlage "91" mit der elektrischen Elektrolfteranlage "106" zu verbinden - einfhren und mit der vorhandenen Gummitlle "95" abdichten. Die Kabel der elektrischen Anlage "91" an den Kabeln der am Heizklimagert vorhandenen Anlage mittels Abreisschellen - in der Abb. mit Pfeilen gekennzeichnet - blockieren. (E) Colocar la instalacin elctrica mandos "91" en el grupo climatizador "61", fijando la centralita "92" en el punto "d" por medio de: tornillo autorroscante "V1" (presente el grupo climatizacin) y arandela "98". Individualizar y cortar el cable "NEGRO-VERDE", de la instalacin preparado en el grupo climatizador, cablado al conectador de 9 vas "J" y conectarles el cable "VERDE-BLANCO" de la instalacin elctrica "91" utilizando uniones RAYCHEM "94" (vase pos. 5 del esquema elctrico anexado). Individuar los cables "NEGRO" (cableado al conector a 9 vas "J") y "MARRON" (cableado al conector a 5 vas "Y" del resistor), de la instalacin predispuesta en el grupo climatizador, y conectarles respectivamente los cables "NEGRO"y "MARRON"de la instalacin elctrica "1" utilizando juntas RAYCHEM "93" y "94" (vase pos. 6-7 del esquema elctrico adjunto). Realizar en el grupo climatizacin "61" el orificio 20mm en el punto "e", introducir los cables de la instalacin elctrica "91", por conectar a la instalacin elctrica electroventilador "106" y sellar con goma preparada "95". Bloquear los cables de la instalacin elctrica "91" a los cables de la instalacin predispuesto en el grupo climatizacin por medio de bandas de arrancar evidenciadas por la flecha en la figura.

Secure the A/C system in the same fixing points as the heating unit by reusing the original fixing points and to the drilled hole (point "b" of fig. 5D) by means of the supplied self-tapping screw "71". Reassemble the Defrost air delivery duct "Co" and apply the supplied sealant "66" on the mating perimeter with the heating unit. Connect the A/C unit electric system to the car original electric system (see pos. 4-4A of the enclosed wiring diagram). Den Anschluss der am Heizklimagert vorhandenen Anlage mit der elektrischen Originalanlage des Fahrzeuges durchfhren (siehe Pos.4-4A des beiliegenden Elektroschemas).

Sfilare il cavo originale ROSSO-BIANCO dal connettore Y, inserire la guaina termorestringente 109 e reinserire il cavo nella propria sede sul connettore. Asportare un tratto di rivestimento del cavo originale in esame per permettere il collegamento del cavo BIANCO dellimpianto elettrico elettroventole 106 mediante terminale di giunzione 110 e successiva stagnatura (vedi pos. 18 dello schema elettrico allegato). Successivamente isolare il punto di stagnatura con guaina termorestringente 109 opportunamente surriscaldata.

Hook up the "BROWN" ground wire of the electric fan wiring system to the stud arranged at point "b". Temporarily disconnect connector "Y" from the original electric fan and withdraw the cables from sheath "G". Withdraw the original "RED-WHITE" wire from connector "Y" and insert the shrink sheath "109". Then return the wire to its position on the connector. Remove a portion of the lining on the original wire so that the "WHITE" wire of the electric fan wiring system "106" can be hooked up. Use the connector "110" and tin (see the enclosed wiring diagram, pos. 18). Then insulate the point where it was tinned by heating the shrink-wrap sheath "109".

(GB) Temporarily remove the engine air intake opening "I". Install the air conveyor "45" in the area above the radiator and secure it on the holes found at points "i" in the radiator grill. Use the self-tapping screws and spring clips "45.1" (drill 6 mm in the conveyor and insert the spring clips as indicated in the inset in the figure). Install the side air conveyors "46" and "47". Secure them to the upper air conveyor "45" at points "m" and to the condenser, following the indications given in figure 17E.
