and organization development. This is an organizational function which deals with management of the employees and providing proper path for the employees in the organization.

HRM involves: 1. Employee Recruitment. 2. Employee Education and Training. 3. Employee Motivation. 4. Employee Rewards. 5. Employee Relationship. 6. Organizational development.

HRM has two main functions:

1.Planning : Determination of objectives, Preparation of action plan. 2.Directing : Motivation, Communication, Involvement. 3. Controlling : Measurement of performance, Taking correct measures 4.Organizing : Integration and Grouping of activities, Assignment of authority and responsibility, Establishment of relationship.
