Subject: Proposal for three days technical event.

Respected Sir / Madam, This is here to propose a three day, NATIONAL LEVEL technical event in the current session i.e. JAN-JULY-2010 on behalf of EX- department. The details are as under: 1. Event Name (Proposed): (i) EXhume10 uncover the secret. (ii) Expound10-lets elaborate the world. 2. Technical events (planned): (i) Tech-rostrum: A technical paper presentation competition, under the topics of Alternate sources of Electrical Energy. (ii) Robotics: It will not be a simple competition as practiced so far, but on the spot, students/participants will be asked to make the robot perform some task. (iii) Dissemble-Assemble: The participants will be facilitated by the electronics and electrical components and the circuitry, identifying the desirable ICs and other components for a given circuit , they have to assemble all in Pcb or bread board, in the given time, they have to assure the desirable functioning of allotted circuit. (iv) Adept-EX: A technical quiz competition. (v) Face painting; Participants have to paint their partners face according to the given theme. (v) Dance-mania: A inter college group dance competition. 3. Schedule (proposed): Last week of March. 4. 5. Financial investments: Some percentage expected from collage and rest can be sponsored.

6. Financial Benefits: (If Any) They will be utilized for department/collage welfare such as: (i) Departmental Library (ii) Departmental S/W Lab (iii) Rural child welfare fund etc. 7. Benefits in general: Students will certainly enhance their knowledge, will learn team work, technical skills will get improved and will be beneficial in context of campus recruitment.
