Article Title: Improving Library Transaction Queue Time using Library Log - in Software in DCTI Researcher: Bor, Kriloace

Abstract: Queue time is amount of time a person, signal, or thing spends before being attended to, or before value adding work is performed to or on it. In this research will show how to improve the queue time using the library log-in software. The formula use was Tq = Manual Work + Walking + Waiting. Here are the 3 major factors that affecting queue time 1) Schedule of classes, 2) Specification of the computer, 3) Library hours. The major purpose of this research was to improve the transaction queue time while log-in in the library and to integrate the existing ID, here youll see that it will only going to take a few second of their time to log-in and to log out. The researcher comes up with the idea to use software and the existing ID to integrate the library that using log-in and log out software for them to improve and lessen the queue time of the students while they were signing up in the software.
