SUGGESTIONS:
The six weeks training program at Vijayananda Printers Limited was a great
experience. During this training period, I was exposed to the various functions of the
departments.
The various aspects that were found at the VPL are clearly mentioned in the
previous pages of this project.
I would like to conduct this report by recommending further suggestion, which
may be useful to the management for enhancing the efficiency of the organization.
Company should improve it’s channel to reach village areas in time.
Company can think of publishing periodicals targeting women regarding
fashion and home making.
The company should provide good canteen facilities.
