Day 1: Integral Anatomy
The course will encompass an intensive tour of the whole body from an integral perspective. Through slide presentations from the dissection laboratory, our environment and culture at large, as well as lively interactions, we will explore the whole-body textural layers, which comprise the human form. We will heighten our awareness and appreciation of ourselves from the inside out, and invite a deeper sense of relationship to the riches within us.

Day 2: Flexibility Highways in Motion

Flexibility Highways In Motion describes the Flexibility Highways and goes one step further. It provides strategies and rationale for movement patterns that proprioceptively reinforces the increased range of motion.
