ACS 6000 Recovery with more details.

Power off/on ACS6000 and during "Hit any key to stop autoboot" Enter "setenv serverip 192.168.10.6" 192.168.10.6 being the IP address of the TFTP server Enter "setenv bootfile fl0585010.bin" fl0585010.bin being the firmware file on the TFTP server Enter "setenv ipaddr 192.168.10.2" 192.168.10.2 being the IP address of the ACS Enter "setenv bootcmd net_boot" Type "printenv" to display environment settings and verify entries Type "saveenv" to save the changes Type "net_boot factory_default" The ACS will reboot and should boot from the firmware file on the TFTP server.

You should see many ###### during the firmware transfering. If you see many T T T T T, transfer timeout, please check your firewall and the port 69 for TFTP.

After booting up issue shell then type "recover-flash.sh --factory_default --doformat" and then issue "cli" and "commit" then "reboot"

This will restore the firmware on the flashcard and reset the unit to factory defaults.
