Good morning, Mr. Chan and classmates. We are group7.

Today we
are going to make a presentation on an interesting topic , that is ’The
favourite dining place of F.2 students’.

For this project, we have conducted a survey among our form

students. The aim of the survey is to find out the most popular dining
place of F.2 students.

Also, we try to find out what food do they like most; whether the food
at theirr lunch is healthy, and what are the factors they consider in
choosing a place for lunch.

For finding out the answers to the above questions, we designed a

questionnaire to ask all F.2 students.

We have give out 100 questionnaires and get back 73 responses.

During we collect the questionnaires, we found that there is a problem
.The targets did not answer the question seriously. For solving this
problem, we told them that it is the instruction of the teacher. After
we told it to them, they really treat the questionnaires more seriously.

Here is our data analysis.

Q1: Where do you usually have your lunch?

-7% of them usually have their lunch at home .
-26% of them usually have their lunch at school.
And 67% of them usually have their lunch outside.
From the pie chart, we can see that most of the F.2 students usually
have their lunch outside.
It means that:
Most of us prefer a place near the school. And it also shows that the
restaurants nearby are more popular.

Q2: What kind of food you like to have at lunch?

-1% of them like to have congee at lunch.
-5% of them like to have others food, such as rice at lunch.

And 58% of them like to have noodles at lunch.
From the pie chart, we can see that most of the F.2 students likes to
have noodles for their lunch.
It means that:
Most of the students do not favour rice and they’d like to have noodles
for lunch.

Q3 [a]: Do you like eating vegetables?

22% of them don’t like to eat vegetables.
And 78% of them like to eat vegetables.

Q3 [b]: Will you eat vegetables in your lunch?

-11% of them sometimes eat vegetables at lunch .
-41% of them never eat vegetables at lunch.
And 48% of them always eat vegetables at lunch.
In the pie chart, we can see that although 48% of the students eat
vegetables at lunch, 41% of them do not eat vegetables at lunch.
It means that:
Many students have failed to make a good choice for lunch.

-17 % of them choose to go to congee shop.
-19 % of them choose to go to Café De Coral.

-2% of them choose Reputation.
-4% of them choose others.
-6% of them choose comfort.
-7% of them choose Hygiene.
-32% of them choose price.
And 49 % of them choose taste.
From the pie chart, we can see that the main factor affecting students’
choice is the taste of the food.
That means:
Students care about the tastes of the food, and they care less about
the hygiene of the restaurant.

From the above information, we conclude that many students like to

have lunch outside.
They like eating noodles and,
they are conscious of their health and the taste of the food.
